Patriot Hub holds itself to a high standard. Here's how we keep the community safe and meet our legal duties.
What's allowed — and what isn't
Patriot Hub is for lawful community organising and democratic participation. Activity that crosses into unlawful territory isn't permitted and is moderated.

- Discussing issues and organising lawful campaigns
What we don’t allow
These create real legal risk and are not permitted. Breaches are moderated and may be removed, suspended, or reported.
- Encouraging violence
- Inciting criminal damage
- Coordinating trespass or unlawful occupations
- Organising actions intended to cause criminal disruption
- Promoting hatred against protected groups
- Encouraging breaches of court orders or police restrictions
- Supporting or facilitating a proscribed terrorist organisation
How moderation works
Authority is tiered: Platform Admin > Hub Owner > Hub Moderator > Member. Every post, comment, and event is reportable, can be moderated, and can be removed — and every moderation action is recorded in an audit trail.
How to report
Every piece of content carries a one-click report option. A report goes to the right queue, a moderator or admin reviews and acts, the action is audited, and the person who reported it is notified of the outcome.
Our rules
We have zero tolerance for hatred, incitement, threats, and harassment. Membership depends on accepting our Community Code.
Events and the law
Demonstration-type events surface a legal-responsibility acknowledgement and a link to official guidance, which we store. We do not facilitate unlawful assembly.
Your data and your rights
We handle special-category data under explicit consent, collect only what we need (town-level, never your home address), and let you export or erase your data at any time. See our Privacy policy.
