Community Code

Version 2026-06-10 · Last updated 2026-06-10

Draft — not yet in force. This document is a working draft and is pending review by a UK solicitor before public launch. The published, reviewed version is the one the app will record on acceptance.

Every member accepts this Community Code to join a hub. Hub owners accept a heightened Owner Code of Conduct to run one.

Patriot Hub is for lawful organising and democratic participation — meeting, discussing, campaigning, and peaceful assembly are welcome. Unlawful action, and targeting anyone by race, religion, or nationality, are not.

The standard we hold each other to

  • Be lawful. Nothing illegal — no incitement, threats, harassment, or hatred.
  • Be respectful. Disagree well; treat neighbours as neighbours.
  • No targeting. Never target people by race, religion, nationality, or any protected characteristic.
  • Report, don’t retaliate. Use the report tools; let moderators act.
  • Respect authority. Hub owners and moderators keep the community safe; follow their reasonable decisions.

Consequences

Breaches are handled proportionately — a warning, content removal, suspension, or a ban for serious or repeated breaches. Actions are recorded.
